Cebon Industry | OEM Solutions
Full-time | Technical B2B Sales | | Germany-based, or from one of our European countries with offices in Gothenborg (SE), Paris (FR), Milan (IT) or Deurne (NL)

About the role
As a Business Developer Industry you will play an active and important role in developing and expanding our business in the German market. You will work closely with industrial customers, understand their challenges, and offer tailored battery, power and technical solutions that make a difference.

You bring solid B2B experience from the German market - ideally within industrial, technical or energy-related products - and the drive to contribute hands‑on to scaling our presence and supporting our growth ambitions in the market.

You will report to our Business Unit Director, based in France, and collaborate with colleagues across Europe. Your home base is ideally Germany, but you may also work from one of our European offices.

What you will do
In this role, you combine new business development with the management of existing OEM accounts:

  • Build, grow and nurture a portfolio of OEM customers
  • Identify high‑potential prospects and engage decision makers
  • Explore customer needs in depth and translate them into technical solutions
  • Create winning proposals and manage the full commercial process
  • Negotiate pricing, volumes and contract conditions
  • Lead project‑based sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists
  • Use CRM to track opportunities and support strategic planning
  • Stay on top of market trends, innovations and competitor movements
  • Represent Cebon Industry at fairs, events and customer visits

Who you are
We believe you will succeed if you:

  • Have solid B2B sales experience in industrial, energy or technical environments
  • Bring experience from the German B2B market
  • Are motivated by playing an active, hands‑on role in developing and expanding a business
  • Are confident navigating long, complex sales cycles
  • Understand how to uncover real customer needs and propose technical solutions
  • Enjoy both hunting and long‑term relationship building
  • Work analytically, structured and with strong ownership
  • Communicate fluently in German and English
  • Thrive in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial and international setting
